Longtime artistic director William P. Bradford II H’03 will be honored at the University of Notre Dame this coming April. He is the recipient of the Rev. Arthur S. Harvey, C.S.C., Award, recognizing a Notre Dame graduate for outstanding accomplishments in the performing arts. Bradford directed performances at Trinity for more than four decades prior to his retirement in 2017.
This award is named after Rev. Arthur Harvey and was first bestowed (on its namesake) in 2000. Affectionately known as the “father of theatre at Notre Dame,” Father Art passed away in 2008 following a long and celebrated directing career at the university.
Trinity salutes you, Mr. Bradford — Break a leg!
