The first sitting for the annual Placement Test took place on Saturday, Dec. 8, where a very large of number of eighth-graders arrived to begin the process that will determine their best class schedule for next August. Parents attended a meeting to review the next steps in the enrollment process. A make-up test is given on Jan. 12 for those who could not make it.
School President Dr. Rob Mullen remarked, “The day of the Placement Test is a mixture of anticipation and affirmation. One wonders each year who will arrive. That quickly transitions to a tremendous sense of gratitude for the trust these families are placing in our school. I guarantee we will take their trust with utmost seriousness. Their trust drives our work.”
Director of Admissions James Torra stated, “These students are enrolling at Trinity at an excellent time. Students are achieving at record levels. Resources and opportunities are plentiful. Teachers and students love our block schedule and House System.”
