The Culinary Club provides students the opportunity to learn both basic cooking skills and specific cooking styles and techniques from a trained chef. Dr. Debbie Heaverin is the official club moderator but meetings are run by Chef Lee Ashbrook, the head chef for Flik, our food service provider at Trinity.
The club meets once or twice a month from 3 to 6 p.m. after school. Working in the kitchen of Alumni Hall, students work in teams to prepare a meal selected at the previous meeting by club members.
