This camp is a five-day enrichment program, designed by a Second City alum to teach students the fundamentals of improvisational comedy. Through games and exercises, students will learn such basics as bold initiation, listening, agreement, heightening, object work, and environment work. Students will also learn to improvise in order to establish character, relate to their scene partners, develop ensemble work, and engage with audiences. This camp is perfect for students interested in theater, interested in comedy, interested in breaking out of their comfort zones, or just interested in a fun way to spend a week of their summer. No improvisation experience is necessary.
Note: Checks should be made out to Tim Jones and payment is due by day 1 of camp. Checks can be mailed to Trinity High School, Attn: Tim Jones, 4011 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40207.

Camp Director Tim Jones
Camprov registration is closed for the summer 2017.
