Culinary Club

The Culinary Club provides students the opportunity to learn both basic cooking skills and specific cooking styles and techniques from a trained chef.

Dr. Debbie Heaverin is the official club moderator but meetings are run by Chef Mark DeBonis and Chef Justin Lewis.

The club meets once or twice a month from 3 to 6 p.m. after school. Working in the kitchen of Alumni Hall, students work in teams to prepare a meal selected at the previous meeting by club members.

Whether you have aspirations of being a professional chef or just want to learn how to cook, the Culinary Club is for you.
