Head Coach: Ben Sobczyk 1st season
The 2020-2021 school year serves as the official inaugural season of the Trinity Esports Program. A talented group of players has been assembled with a good mix of Seniors and Underclassmen. The team will compete this season playing the game “Rocket League”. Trinity’s state-of-the-art Technology Center will primarily serve as the team’s “home base”.
Seniors Trent Thomas and William Zanchi will provide solid senior leadership that will help the team find success in its inaugural season. Junior Donnie Tkachenko and Sophomore Brok Sholtes are underclassman with quality skills which add depth to the roster. These players all possess a firm grasp of the game and work hard to improve their skills each week.
The varsity team will compete against other schools from across the state this season. The coaches and players are eager to make a statement and welcome the challenge of playing some of the top teams in the state. Scheduling occurs on a bi-monthly or monthly basis. Stay tuned to Trinity Sports Twitter for updates on upcoming Trinity Esports matches.
