who purchased tickets for one or more performances of Trinity High School Department of Theatre Arts Crazy for You

Given the COVID-19 pandemic and following recommendations from local government and health officials, we are making the difficult decision to postpone the rest of our spring Musical Performances of Crazy for You. This event attracts a large segment of the population that is vulnerable to this virus. This is an incredible difficult decision to make as it impacts hundreds of hours of preparation by our amazing and wonderful students.
We have several options available to you at this time. Please read through each option thoroughly before EMAILING me at email@example.com with your response. Please do not call as there will be no one available to initiate any refunds or exchanges.
Option 1: Please refund the full prince of my ticket. (Please Note: this does not include the administration fee of $3.00 per ticket.)
Option 2: Please accept my ticket price as a donation to Trinity High School Department of Theatre Arts. (A new receipt will be emailed to you stating the change to a donation.)
Option 3: I would like to exchange my tickets for one of the following dates in which we hope we will be able to perform in April. (Please Note: Same seats may not be available, and it is first come first serve. We only seat 230 but will try and get as many people into the theatre as possible for each date.)

This is a logical, yet difficult, decision to make. The bottom line? Our community’s health cannot be risked.
