IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FINANCIAL AID FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR
WHO CAN APPLY?
All families with one or more children enrolled in or applying to a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Louisville can apply.
WHEN DO I APPLY?
Tuition assistance applications should be submitted between November 15, 2021, and January 31, 2022.
HOW DO I APPLY?
A single form, the FACTS management application, will be used for all Trinity families. Families must use the online application found on our website by clicking here.
WHAT TO SUPPLY?
When completing your application, you must supply basic household information and at least your 2020 federal income tax return and 2020 W-2 information. Tax documents from 2021 can be filed later in the process if needed.
WHEN SHOULD IT BE COMPLETE?
Your application should be in “COMPLETED STATUS” with FACTS before January 31. Please pay attention to all correspondence from FACTS and supply any additional information they request.
DO I APPLY EVERY YEAR?
Yes, you must apply for tuition assistance each year.
WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN GRANTED TUITION ASSISTANCE?
Tuition assistance award letters will be mailed to families by early May 2022. Click here to begin your application.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CLASS REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR
In January all returning Trinity families will receive a registration fee of $75 on your FACTS account for the 2022-23 school year. This fee will be posted in early January, but not processed for payment until mid to late January. This fee will go towards your son’s registration for the 2022-23 school year. Payments will be automatically withdrawn using your established payment method on FACTS. If you are not set up for auto-payment drafting (one pay accounts) on FACTS, you are encouraged to log in to your FACTS account and make this payment online.
