Important Messages from Trinity Campus Ministry

Please read below for two important reminders from Campus Ministry:

Dress Down Day to Benefit Two Trinity Families

Thursday, November 18 will be a Dress Down Day benefitting two Trinity families who tragically lost their homes and possessions to fires just days apart from each other. Students, faculty, and staff can dress down for a minimum of $2 but are strongly encouraged to contribute more if they can. Everything collected will be evenly distributed between the two families. The Dress Down Day follows normal dress down rules: a Trinity shirt/hoodie/jacket, jeans/khakis, and athletic shoes/dress shoes. All money will be collected during advising.

Trinity Partnering with Community Catholic for Christmas Giving Tree

Trinity is once again partnering with Community Catholic to help provide Christmas gifts for children. The Community Catholic Center, located in the Portland neighborhood of the West End, provides scholarships for students to attend Catholic schools as well as assistance for their families.

This year, we will be providing gifts and gift cards for 100 children and their families. Please consider sponsoring one or more of these gifts.

Anyone interested in helping can email Mr. Luken,, and the information about what to get and who to get it for will be sent.

All gifts need to be sponsored between Nov. 29 – Dec. 3, and gifts and gift cards returned by Thursday, Dec. 8.
Thank you for doing your part to help make a memorable Christmas for these families.
