Way to go, Rocks! Trinity FOREVER!

Daniel Mudd, Trinity Class of 2003

Mudd is a member in Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville office in the tax law practice group. He currently serves on multiple national and local professional and industry organizations, such as the Independent SALT Alliance, Greater Louisville Inc.’s (GLI) Business Competitiveness Committee and GLI’s Tax Reform Task Force, Kentucky Association of Manufacturers, and Kentucky Wholesale Distributors Association.  Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Tax Sections for both the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) and the Louisville Bar Association (LBA), as well as counsel for the Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) and its charitable arm YPAL Cares, Inc. He also helped found a local giving circle, [give 502].

To be included in the select group of 40 Under 40 honorees is a major accomplishment because it recognizes the effort it takes to achieve professional accomplishments while also focusing on volunteer work outside the office. My family and my time at Trinity gave me that strong foundation of hard work and giving back. I am blessed to be at a place like Frost Brown Todd that encourages its young attorneys to stay active with causes that they are passionate about and that improve our community.

Kent Weyland, Trinity Class of 2001

Weyland is the co-owner of Weyland Ventures, a multi-faceted Real Estate Development Firm, and owner of Glassworks Fitness, a boutique fitness center. Weyland manages the leasing of approximately 200 apartments and assists in the commercial leasing for projects in Louisville and Dayton, OH, coordinates with the Development team to ensure that vibrant, walkable, urban neighborhoods are being designed, on top of owing and operating a boutique fitness center for approximately 150 members. He has also volunteered in numerous local and national organizations including the Step up Louisville Task Force, Nativity Academy as an Academic Volunteer, the Frazier Rehab Housing Committee, currently he serves as the Treasurer for the Center for Neighborhoods Board, an assistant soccer coach for St. Francis of Assisi and is on the Main Street Association Board.

It was humbling to be recognized as a Business First 40 under 40 honoree. My Catholic upbringing at Holy Trinity Parish and Trinity High School facilitated the development of my passions and successes in my career, in my community involvement, and in my service work. The work Trinity High School does, educating individuals to grow not only academically, but into complete well-rounded citizens, forms individuals who are both capable and engaged growing and improving the Louisville community.

James Irving, Trinity Class of 2001

Will Fensterer, Trinity Class of 1998

Prior to this position, Jeremy served as Director of Investments & Sponsorships at Greater Louisville Inc., where he worked for eight years.   Jeremy is very engaged in the community serving on numerous boards and committees, including the Greater Louisville UK Alumni Board, National UK Alumni Board, Team Shaan Foundation and others. He is a recipient of the Lucy Award presented by the Family Scholar House (2018), received the Excellence in Leadership Award from the American Red Cross (2018), named as one of 20 People to Know in Nonprofits by Louisville Business First (2015), Five New Faces of Philanthropy Honoree and Overall Winner by NFocus Magazine (2013), recipient of the William T. Young UK National Alumni Association Young Alumni Award (2013), and received the Dr. Richard Wolfe Leadership In Action Award (2011).

I am honored to join the prestigious ranks of 40 Under 40 and am extremely thankful for the mentors and coaches that have helped guide me over the years.
