Last Week

Trinity Football

Congratulations to Coach Beatty and the Football Rocks. On Friday in Radcliff, after falling behind North Hardin early 7 – 0, Trinity ran off 54 unanswered points to capture the state semifinal game in dominating fashion by a final score of 54 – 7. The victory moves the Shamrocks on to the KHSAA 6A state championship game this coming Sunday, Dec. 8, vs the Male Bulldogs.  Ticket information will be available later today. Trinity Hockey

The Hockey Rocks had a busy and competitive holiday weekend in Columbus. The Ice Rocks started the weekend dropping a 4-2 decision to Olentangy from Ohio. Parker Norman had a goal and an assist in the loss. The Ice Rocks then fell 3-2 in a wild shootout with Cleveland Heights. The shootout went eight rounds! The Rocks completed the weekend by dropping a tough 6 – 5 overtime game to St. Charles. Jack Chauvin scored all five goals for the Rocks.

This Week

Trinity Football

Sunday, Dec. 8, your Football Rocks travel to Lexington for the 6A State Championship Game against the Male Bulldogs. Game time is set for 2 p.m. at UK Kroger Field.

Trinity Hockey

The Ice Hockey Rocks are off this week.

Trinity Swimming

The Swim and Dive Rocks are off this week.

Trinity Basketball

The Basketball Rocks start regular season play this week with three freshman, JV and varsity triple-headers. The busy week sees the Rocks open up at DeSales on Tuesday with the freshman game scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. tip. The Rocks travel to Madison Southern on Friday with the freshman tip scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Saturday, the Rocks host the Centerville Elks with the freshman tip scheduled for 2 p.m.

Trinity Archery

Saturday, the Archery Rocks open up with the St. Gabriel Christmas Tournament at St. Gabriel. That is scheduled for a 9 a.m. start.

Trinity Bowling

The Bowling Rocks have a busy week. Tuesday, the Rocks travel to King Pin Lanes for a 4 p.m. JV/varsity game against CAL and J-Town. Saturday, the varsity Rocks take on Manual Baker at Ken Bowl before finishing the week on Sunday with a JV/varsity Cincinnati Holiday Classic at S and S Bowl. That is an all day event.

Trinity Wrestling

The Wrestling Rocks continue their season on Saturday with the Mater Dei Duals at Mater Dei (IN). This is an all day event.
