Trinity Cross Country


Coach Holzknecht and the Cross Country Rocks captured the 3A KHSAA State Cross Country Championship on Saturday at the Kentucky Horse Park.  The 2019 championship is a back to back championship along with the 2018 championship.  This state championship marks the 20th state cross country championship in Trinity school history.  Those student-athletes running at state were: Ryan O Dea (3rd), Nick Lewis (9th), Zach Woodall, Daniel Young, Colin Murphy, Austin Montgomery and Jack Guffey.  We are so proud of our Cross Country Rocks!

Trinity Football

Coach Beatty and the Football Rocks completed their regular season schedule with a convincing 49 – 21 road victory over a talented Bowling Green team.  Trinity finished the regular season with 8 wins and 2 losses. The 6A playoffs begin this coming weekend in Marshall Stadium.The JV Football Rocks overwhelmed Fern Creek 43-0. Way to go, Rocks!

Trinity Ice Hockey

Trinity Ice Hockey defeated the Cincinnati LaSalle Lancers 7-0. Warren Lipinski was in goal for the shutout!

Trinity Soccer

The following Soccer Rocks were named to the KHSSCA 2019 All State Team. 1st Team- Jack Fischer; 2nd Team- Jeremy Mason; Honorable Mention- Nolan Durbin. Congrats, Rocks!

Trinity Golf

Congratulations to Shamrock Head Golf Coach James Chaney ‘07. Over the weekend, James was named the Golf Coach of the Year at the Kentucky All State Golf Banquet. Trinity Senior JM Butler was named the Kentucky Junior Boys Player of the Year. Congrats, Golf Rocks!

Trinity Bowling

The Bowling Rocks dropped 2 close matches on Tuesday to Brown and Atherton. 200 Games for Ryan Sheehy 222, Will Epperson 252 and Brent Padgett 217.

This Week

Trinity Football

The Football Rocks host Marshall County in the first round of the playoffs at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity’s Marshall Stadium.

Trinity Bowling

The Bowling Rocks are in action Wednesday and Thursday at Ten Pin Lanes. Wednesday, the Rocks host the Shamrock Shootout at 4 p.m. and Thursday, the Rocks take on the Ballard Bruins at 3:30 p.m.

Trinity Ice Hockey

The Hockey Rocks are off this week.
