WaterStep Shoe Drive

Do you know that 884 million people suffer due to no access to safe drinking water? Each day, 5,000 children die as a result of diseases caused by unclean water. How can you help?

Toussaint House is teaming up with WaterStep to collect shoes. The shoes are sold, and profits are used to purchase water purification systems to provide clean drinking water for people around the world.

The shoes you donate can be any type – athletic (including spikes), dress shoes, sandals, even house shoes. The only requirement is that the shoes cannot be falling apart. Ask your family members, neighbors and churches to donate shoes.

You can bring your shoes to the Trinity High School Rotunda between March 11 and March 28. There will be bins by the receptionist’s desk to collect the donated shoes. If you have questions, contact Toussaint House Director, Dr. Aaron Striegel at striegel@trinityrocks.com or 736-2121. Thank you for helping!

Help young men have the Trinity experience!
