Kung Fu
The Trinity Kung Fu Club pulls its philosophies from several martial arts.
The base art for the club is Wing Chun Kung Fu, from which our members will learn the path of least resistance, main punches and blocks. The club also uses aspects from the Japanese art of Aikido. Using Aikido, students learn to go with the flow. Students also learn falls from Judo, joint locks from the art of Chi Na, and balance, and breathing techniques from Qui Gong.
Practices will be from 3:15-4:15 every Wednesday. All students, staff and faculty are welcome.
