Food Services & Lunch Menus
Alumni Hall opens at 7 a.m. each school day and a hot breakfast is available for students who wish it. There are several lunch options from which to choose in Trinity’s multi-purpose Alumni Hall, including a full salad and nacho bar, a hot plate lunch that varies each day, a pizza station (made fresh daily), a sandwich station and fresh burgers and fries.
One of the strategic initiatives of the organization is to build relationships with meat and produce vendors in the local communities where they serve. The hope is that these relationships will improve quality, lower costs and lessen their carbon footprint.
FLIK chefs also work closely with the Culinary Club, one of Trinity’s wide array of clubs and activities.
After school, the ever popular Shamrock Snack Shack is open for students who are waiting for rides or doing homework in Alumni Hall. The cafeteria is open and monitored after school until 4:30 p.m. from August through November/April though May and until 5 p.m. from December through March each day.
Parents are encouraged to set up a lunch account with Trinity, enabling their sons to use their student ID cards to purchase lunch on a debit account. Parents now have access to set up their son’s account with My School Bucks by visiting their website .
