The Shamrock Racing Series provides middle school runners of all abilities the chance to interact with and learn from the 2023 Kentucky State Championship Trinity Cross Country team and do what runners love so much to do: race.  Each day in the series begins with a race (see below for details), followed by fun games, a workout, and an educational component organized and led by the Trinity Cross Country coaching staff.  Runners can choose to participate in any or all races based on interest and availability.  Anyone competing in at least one race will receive a t-shirt and all race finishers will receive a certificate with their name and finishing time.  See below for more details and how to register.

• Dates:

  • Saturday, June 15: 1-mile race

  •  Saturday, July 13: 2k (1.25 miles) race

  •  Saturday, July 20: 3k (1.9 miles) race

• Times: 8 - 10:30 a.m.

• Location: Seneca Park (meet near the bathrooms)

• Cost: $50 for the first race, $25 for any subsequent race(s)

• Grades: 5th - 8th (Boys & Girls)
