Saturday, January 3, at halftime of the Trinity Varsity Basketball game, Trinity was proud to recognize a distinguished group of Trinity Baseball Alumni!
These men made a lasting impact on the Trinity Baseball Program and carried the Shamrock standard with them to the next level.
Each of these former student-athletes was selected in the Major League Baseball Draft, and each exemplified a relentless work ethic and a commitment to excellence that continues to inspire the young men who wear the Trinity uniform today. They are also men of faith and men of character.
These alumni helped strengthen the foundation, the culture, and the championship expectations that define our two-time state champion Trinity Baseball program.
Joining them was Trinity Baseball Head Coach, Rick Arnold ’86. Coach Arnold was recently elected to the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, Class of 2026. Rick becomes the third Trinity baseball coach to receive this honor, joining Rich Rostel and Steve Tompkins—a testament to the tradition, leadership, and excellence of Trinity Baseball.
