Cardoza

Congratulations to Trinity’s Oscar Cardoza, Class of 2028, who was accepted into the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s NextGen Latino Leadership Program for the summer of 2026!

For more information about CHCI’s NextGen Latino Leadership Program, visit https://chci.org/programs/nextgen/.

“The NextGen Latino Leadership Program provides current 10th and 11th grade students the opportunity to spend a week in Washington, D.C., exploring the city, learning about the legislative process and developing their leadership skills as emerging leaders.

During the NextGen Latino Leadership Program, high school sophomores and juniors from across the country will gain a better understanding of top issues that face the Latino community, learn how to be leaders and how they can create change and make their voices heard.

They will engage with Members of Congress, CHCI Alumni, and staff. In short, this is an all-expenses paid leadership experience designed just for high school students to spend a week exploring Washington, D.C., attending civic engagement and leadership workshops, and building life-long friendships.”

Congratulations, Oscar!
