2026 HONOR ALUMNUS AWARD

Each spring, the Trinity High School Alumni Association recognizes a brother alumnus as the year’s Honor Alumnus. The award is presented to a Trinity graduate who is committed to living his life based on Gospel values; is a recognized leader in his community and/or chosen career; and who values his Trinity education and remains loyal to his alma mater.

A member of the Trinity Class of 2001, Michael T. Paradis has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Honor Alumnus Award.

Mike learned, accepted and lives the values that Trinity teaches. He is a true “Trinity Man” in every aspect of the word.

Mike grew up in Goshen, Kentucky, and attended St. Francis of Goshen before attending Trinity. An outstanding student, he achieved honor roll and Principal’s List every quarter at Trinity. He received a Steinhauser Scholarship, was a Trinity Scholar all four years and earned four Shamrock Awards. He also was a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Math Team and Investment Club. Additionally, he participated in theater, intramural basketball and FBLA.

Mike continued his education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics in 2005. He also earned a master’s degree in accounting at UNC in 2006.

In 2006, Mike joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in the audit business until 2013. During his time at PwC, Mike lived in London for two and a half years, with the remainder of the time in the Louisville office serving public companies. He maintains his CPA license to this day.

In 2013, Mike joined Bramco, a large regional distributor of heavy equipment. Mike served as chief financial officer for five years, during which time he also completed an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2017, Mike was named Business First Louisville’s “Best in Finance.” In 2019, Mike became Bramco chairman and chief executive officer, becoming the fourth generation of his family to lead the company.

Mike has always been active in the community, serving on various boards and volunteering at multiple organizations. He currently serves as chair of the Trinity High School Board of Directors. In March 2026, Mike was honored at the annual Salute to Catholic School Alumni, which is sponsored by the Catholic Education Foundation.

Mike and his wife, Deana, have two children, George, 13, and Cece, 11, and are members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Mike’s three brothers are Trinity alumni – Albert ’97, Charles ’00 and Andy ’03.
