Thursday, October 8, a White Day, will be an Online Teams Learning Day.

Our policy states, "If extended online learning should become necessary during a school year, Trinity will announce and begin 'in class meetings' through Microsoft Teams."

Our usual snow day procedure of posting assignments on Rockspace is not changing. However, we want to be prepared in case school is closed for an extended period, so October 8 will serve as a practice day. Students will join their classes virtually from home.

Students will receive information about accessing their classes on Microsoft Teams during TTV and through email.

Each class is 45 minutes long, with 15-minute breaks between classes and a 45-minute lunch break:

  • First Period: 9:00 – 9:45

  • Second Period: 10:00 – 10:45

  • Third Period: 11:00 – 11:45

  • LUNCH: 11:45 – 12:30

  • Fourth Period: 12:30-1:15

Attendance will be taken in every class. In addition, most teachers will have assignments due during the meeting. Families should email Renee Hook (hook@trinityrocks.com) if their son will be absent from any classes.

Students are expected to join each class from a table or desk with their camera on and microphone working.

Dress code is relaxed, but students are expected to wear pants and a t-shirt or collared shirt. Shirts must not promote anything that conflicts with Trinity's values.

Students who disrupt class will face disciplinary consequences upon their return to school.

Should you have any questions, please contact Dean of Teaching and Innovation Betsy deGolian (degolian@trinityrocks.com).
