What is Rooms?

Along with Trinity-issued email, Rooms offers an additional, two-way messaging tool between families and their child’s school. Faculty and staff who choose to use Rooms for supplemental communication can send broadcasts, announcements, and messages to parents, guardians, and students all within the Trinity High School mobile app.

What does this mean for Trinity Families?

Academic assignments and class information will be posted on Powerschool and Rockspace. Teachers should be contacted about academic matters via their Trinity-issued email, accessible through PowerSchool, the mobile app, or by clicking here. Teachers who choose to utilize Rooms for additional communication, will notify parents, guardians, and students directly.

Coaches, advisors, and moderators who communicate directly with their team, club, and/or activity will utilize Rooms as the primary messaging tool, along with their Trinity-issued email. Those who utilize Rooms for communication, will notify parents, guardians, and students directly.

How do I get started with Rooms?

Getting started is easy! Download the free Trinity High School mobile app by clicking here or the image below.

Parents and guardians sign up for Rooms using your phone number and/or email listed in PowerSchool.

Parents and guardians who are also teachers and/or coaches will need to use a non-Trinity email for their parent access to Rooms due to the fact their Trinity email address will be associated with their class, team, club and/or activity.

Students sign up for Rooms using their Trinity Microsoft login credentials.
