Trinity High School has been a charter member of the National Honor Society (NHS) of Secondary Schools since 1958. Our local chapter is designated as the St. John Vianney Chapter of the NHS, and membership in the Society includes both juniors and seniors.

To be considered for membership, a candidate must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.7 or a ranking within the top 10 percent of his class. Besides scholarship, candidates are selected for leadership qualities, roles of service and good character.

All interested sophomores and juniors are invited to apply for NHS membership for the following academic year. An application link will be emailed to all sophomores and juniors, and their parents following spring break. The online application should be completed by mid-May. Interested candidates may also contact Mrs. deGolian or Mrs. Waford for the link.

*Please be aware that all qualifying students do not automatically receive admission into NHS. If a student qualifies and is interested, he must complete the online application by the mid-May deadline to be considered for NHS membership. Students selected for admission into NHS will receive letters, by mail, over the summer.
