Wednesday night, Aug. 30, Culinary Club members Max Case, Patrick Crawford, Mikail Florence, Anthony Holmes, Kaleb Jordan, Mason Jordan, and Joseph Kimpflein cooked for and served nearly 130 members of the Trinity Football Rocks! The menu consisted of garden salad, homemade meat sauce with fresh basil served over whole wheat pasta with mozzarella and a breadstick.
The Culinary Club members enjoyed serving this large of a group at once, it was a great learning experience and the football Rocks appreciated the meal as well!
Well done, Culinary Club Rocks!

The Jeffrey Alan Ralston “Mr. Trinity” Scholarship was created by the Ralston family in memory of Jeff Ralston, Trinity Class of 1996 and former Class President. Sadly, Jeff passed away this past February.
This scholarship is as a way to honor Jeff’s legacy as well as his dedication and commitment to his alma mater – Trinity. The goal is to raise $25,000.00 by the end of October and fully endow this scholarship which will help young men with a demonstrated need attend Trinity High School. Jeff was dedicated to improving the lives of children with learning differences like his son Will (10 years) who was diagnosed with dyslexia; therefore, the scholarship will focus on helping young men with learning differences.
The family is hosting a kick-off celebration for Jeff’s scholarship on September 8, 2023, from 5-7 p.m. at The Raven in St. Matthews, 3900 Shelbyville Road, Louisville KY 40207, prior to the Trinity vs. Carmel football game.
To make a gift, simply go to this link: https://trinityrocks.givecloud.co/ . Under “Special Notes and Gift Designation” put “Jeffrey Ralston Scholarship.”
