KHSAA Dead Period. Trinity, and all Kentucky high schools , take a break from high school athletics from June 24 through July 9. Coaches and student-athletes go separate ways. Athletic facilities are closed. Repairs, cleaning, and maintenance take place. Enjoy the break!

Kentucky Driving School will be the week of JULY 15-19, Mon. – Fri. from 9-11 a.m.

Option 1: Students will participate in 10 hours of classroom instruction. Also included will be 4 hours behind the wheel, 2-2 hour private sessions with pick up and drop off at Trinity. (Note: The driving lessons are scheduled throughout the session, depending on whether or not the student already has his/her permit.) This course normally meets the requirements made by insurance companies for an auto insurance reduction.
Fee: $350.00
Option 2: Student will participate in 10 hours of classroom instruction. (No road instruction is included with this option) You will need to check with your insurance company to see if this course meets their requirements for an auto insurance reduction.
Fee: $50.00
Classes will be held in G111 in Steinhauser Gym.

Congrats to the Trinity Lacrosse Rocks and the Tennis Rocks! Coach Schroeder and the Lacrosse Rocks have advanced to the lacrosse state championship game on Saturday, May 18 at 11 a.m. in Trinity's Marshall Stadium. Coach Allen and the Tennis Rocks have qualified the doubles team of Andrew Lajoie and Griffin Phillips for the KHSAA State Championship Doubles Tournament May 28-30 at the University of Kentucky. Members of Trinity’s graduating classes of 1957 through 1974 were invited to the annual Emerald Society Brunch on Sat., May 11. Trinity alumni who graduated fifty or more years ago gathered in Alumni Hall, providing the opportunity to catch-up and renew their brotherhood on campus. Trinity’s Architecture-Construction-Engineering Club (ACE Club) ended the year with its ACE Gala dinner and presentation at the Melwood Avenue Arts Center. This year, the ACE Club remodeled Trinity’s newly acquired 4050 Building on Sherrin Avenue. The project involved the demolition and reconstruction of the existing building to house a new STEM lab, art classes and new parking spaces. In addition, Michael Coomes ’24, Kenneth Hobbs ’25, and Eamon Lewantowicz ’26 were honored for their active involvement in the club.



Trinity's Culinary Club celebrated a successful year by serving a delicious, five-course meal for their families. Special thanks to Mike Strickland and Christine Baltas of FLIK, along with faculty mentors Rachel Hall and Kathy Kiefer, for their work with these students. Yet another example of how each student can find their place, find their GREATNESS at Trinity!



Students in Mr. Kraus’ Entrepreneurship class pitched business plans to a guest panel comprised of local professionals. The proposals were a culmination of work each team completed throughout the semester as they developed a variety of creative plans. This class is an example of the wide range of electives offered to our students in Block Scheduling. A special thanks to those who volunteered to serve on the guest panel!





Attention Class of 2025 Families: Forecasted severe weather for our area tomorrow night has led us to reschedule Junior Class Mass, initially scheduled for Wed., May 8 at 7 p.m. Please join us for this special event on Mon, May 20 at 7 p.m. in Steinhauser Gym. The Trinity Spring Concerts will be held May 10 at 7 p.m. and May 12 at 3 p.m. in the Auditorium. This year’s theme will feature “Movies, Games, and TV: Music from our Screens”!
